Class Format
Some classes are stand alone classes, others are a series of classes. For series, you’re encouraged to attend as many as you’re able to, but if you miss some, no worries!
To make learning accessible, most of my classes are online—so you can join from anywhere! The classes are live only (no recordings). There are two ways to participate:
Watch Only
Sit back, relax, and follow along as I walk through each recipe. You’ll have the chance to take notes, ask questions, and connect with like-minded folks, then try the recipes at your own time.
Cook Along
Each class features three recipes. Before we cook together, you’ll receive an email with ingredient lists and simple pre-class prep instructions to help you stay organized and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
Sound good? Let's get started!

Great Vibes from Nicole M.
“I have been vegan for over 6 years, but I admittedly have not taken a plant-based nutrition class before and I wish I did it sooner! In Dr. Brooklynne's Power Foods for the Brain class, I learned about different foods that can help our brain health and how to best avoid dementia.
I found it fascinating that nutrition can really impact our present and future mind and body. The recipes made in the class were attainable and easy to understand and most importantly tasty! I can't wait until the next class.”
